Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide at sign-up is accurate.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Cheat, manipulate scores, or tamper with gameplay, leaderboards, or other players' data
• Access the Service through automated means or attempt to bypass security controls
• Harass, abuse, or harm other players, or submit unlawful, hateful, or infringing content
• Reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service or its infrastructure

You retain ownership of the reasoning, answers, and other content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, and display that content to operate and improve the Service, including in aggregated, anonymised form. You are responsible for the content you submit and confirm you have the right to share it.

Agora is a game of reasoning and opinion. Scores, rankings, and any in-game currency or "chips" have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and may be adjusted, reset, or recalculated to preserve fair play and the integrity of the Service.

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The Service relies on third parties such as Supabase (database and authentication) and ElevenLabs (voice transcription). Your use of the Service is also subject to those providers' terms where applicable.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any content is accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or other users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. The date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent revision; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
